The ability to create a New Provider Profile in the Counseling Center Referral Service is by invitation only. You must have a valid invitation code in order to proceed. If you have not received an invitation but are interested in becoming one of our listed providers, please contact us at (919) 515-2423 or email counselingcm@ncsu.edu to inquire.
Please beware periodically we will be emailing out updates and information about the Database and the NC State Counseling Center. Please remember to update your profile if you have changes in your provider information. (Example no longer accepting new patients or change in insurance accepted) If you have questions or need assistance with the database please feel free to contact Lynn Gupton elgupton@ncsu.edu or http://counselingcm@ncsu.edu.
You can view the Referral Database by visiting the NC State Counseling Center website at https://counseling.dasa.edu, selecting the Resources Tab, and choosing Counseling Center Referral Services. When entering information into the database please make sure you go to the Profile and Practice tab. If having to reset your password please check the spam folder if you do not receive notification of a new password.
